Excellent place with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, seasonal outdoor pool, and a jacuzzi. I'll always remember when the staff helped me find a lost jewel. Planning to come back for xmas!

The hotel's location was good and decent close to everything. It was beautiful, big size and with jacuzzi tub.

The location offered easy access to restaurants and attractions. A small issue with the tub arose, but the staff handled it promptly. My experience was enjoyable and I'd consider returning.

Thank you for a great stay for the price. Make sure you stay in the queen room with jacuzzi tub. There is a plenty of supplies like : air conditioner, an iron and an electronic key card. The best thing is location - near to Tim Hortons, niagara and shops. Lundy's Lane district deserves your time and attention.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was absolutely great and had marvellous location just next door to restaurants where locals go, Tim Hortons, and stores. The staff were accommodating and pleasant in the entire property.

The best thing I enjoyed was the comfort of the bed. It was better then the I own. I slept threw the whole night.

I did not enjoy the small shower. Also that people were loud from drinking.

The receptionist was excellent. As a first time to Niagara Falls he took the time to tell me a little about where the restaurants are and offered free panthlets of places to see. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. I realize that we are now in off season time but the price discounts on the rooms were amazing.

Consider asking for an early check-in to avoid crowds at breakfast. It might improve your experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the ambience of the Inn. It was comfortable and in a location where there were many options for attaining food. It was relaxed and very enjoyable, and the staff were warm and supportive. The room was comfortable and spacious. It was far enough away from Niagara Falls to be outside of the activities, but close enough to be able to visit comfortably and conveniently. I would not hesitate to stay again.

We would have liked to see cereal included in the breakfast menu, but there was ample provisions and overall we never left hungry.

We liked the area the Hotel is situated. The commercial area and restraunts were plentiful. Away from the crowds,yet 5 minutes to the lifestyles of NiagraFalls and Casinos.Staff at the Reception desk were very helpful. What we did not like was the fact that there was no fridge in the room or a microwave available. We have never stayed in a Motel that did not have these facilities, in Canada, or the States. The Howard Johnson Motels in Kitchener and other areas boast of these Appliances. They are not a Luxury, they are a neccesity in to-days way of life.

The non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke upon arrival!!! The crooked shower needs immediate attention, as it sprays water in the wrong direction!!!
